Resetting a customer's primary administrator password
You can reset the primary administrator password for a customer, if required. The primary administrator is also known as the built-in administrator.
To reset a customer's primary administrator password

In the left navigation pane, select Customer Service>Customers.

Search for and select the required customer from the customer list.

On the Company Details tab, click Admin Account Details.
The Admin Account Details dialog displays the email address and user name of the primary administrator account.

Click Reset Built-In Administrator Password.

The dialog displays at new temporary password. Make a note of the new password.Note: The user is forced to reset the password immediately after logging in with this new password.

To send a copy of the new password to your own login email account, click Send password to my e-mail account.

Click Close to close the Admin Account Details dialog.
