About monitoring and managing Folder Sync

Folder Sync provides a number of means for monitoring the status of its folder synchronizations.

All Mailboxes table Enables you to check the synchronization status of every mailbox. Provides filters and sort features. See Viewing the All Mailboxes table .
Job list Presents a dynamic record of all the Folder Sync jobs that have run or that are currently executing, with details about each job. See Viewing the Folder Sync job list .
Folder Sync mailbox report Provides information on the status of each mailbox that Folder Sync has processed. See Viewing the Folder Sync mailbox report .
Folder Sync status report Provides information on the status of processing in the last 24 hours, for all the mailboxes that are selected for Folder Sync synchronization. See Viewing the Folder Sync status report .
An Veritas Alta Archiving administrator can perform the following actions from the Veritas Alta Archiving Veritas Alta View Compliance and Governance Management Console:
  • Disable or enable Folder Sync.
