Step 10 - Turn off Advanced Journaling Configuration

Run the self-extracting executable, within the Email Journaling Advanced Configuration tool.

Choose the directory for extracted files. Click Browseand then clickOK.

Browse to the folder where the data has been extracted.

Run the program from the command line with a -l flag to see if it has already been extracted. The easiest way to perform this task is to drag the executable icon into the command prompt window, then type -l after the executable.

If the check comes back as enabled, run the command again with a -d flag. The command should return a status of disabled.
