Step 4 - Remove Mailbox Management policy for cleaning the Journaling Mailbox

Select Start > All Programs > Microsoft Exchange > System Manager.

In the left-hand navigation menu, select Recipients > Recipient Policies. Right-click the journaling archive recipient policy from the list. SelectDelete from the drop-down menu.

Click OK on the warning dialog. You have successfully removed the Mailbox Management policy.
