Step 4 - Disable Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs)
The following procedure describes how to disable Non-Delivery Reports on Exchange 2010 for the remote domain.
To disable Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs)

Click Start > All Programs > Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 > Exchange Management Console.

Click the plus sign to the left of the entry for your Exchange server.

Click the plus sign to the left of Organization Configuration.

Click Hub Transport.

Click the Remote Domains tab.

In the Actions pane, click New Remote Domain.

Enter a name for the remote domain in the Namefield. Enter the domain name of theAddress Spaceprovided to you in theDomain namefield. ClickNew.Note: If your Address Space isAddress.Space@AddressSpace.com, then the Address Space domain isAddressSpace.com.

Click Finish.

Right-click Address Space Domainand selectProperties.

Click the Message Format tab.

Clear the Allow non-delivery reportscheck box and clickOK. You have successfully disabled NDRs.Note: Your Journaling setup is now complete. If you encounter any problems with the journaling process, refer to the troubleshooting tips. If journaling stops for an extended period of time, we cannot recover lost email.
