To enable Non-Delivery Reports (NDRs) at the remote domain

Open the Exchange Management Shell.

Enter the following command to enable NDRs, where \<Domain\> is the domain that Veritas Alta Archiving Support provided:
Set-RemoteDomain <Domain> -NDREnabled $true
Note: If you were not provided with the domain, contactVeritas Services & Support.
