Prerequisites for Office 365 journaling
The prerequisites for setting up Microsoft Office 365 journaling are as follows:

An Office 365 Enterprise account.

Your Office 365 Enterprise administrator credentials.

The Veritas Alta Archiving Office 365 journal address that has been assigned to your company. The journal address is shown in the Veritas Alta View Compliance and Governance Management Console, under My Config > Provisioning. The journal address is shown under SMTP Journaling.
If you were not provided with an Veritas Alta Archiving journaling email address, contact Veritas Services & Support.
Additional prerequisites apply if you want to archive the messages that are encrypted with Microsoft's Azure Rights Management Services (RMS).
