Disable Office 365 journaling
Note: The following procedure stops the journaling to Veritas Alta Archiving. Emails are not saved to Veritas Alta Archiving once journaling stops.
To disable Office 365 journaling

In the left menu bar of the Office 365 Admin center, expand Admin centers, and selectExchange.

In the Exchange Admin Center, select compliance managementand thenjournal rules.

Select the journal rule you use for Veritas Alta Archiving, and then click the garbage can icon.

Click yes to delete the journal rule, and deactivate journaling.
