Exporting Compliance Report

The Compliance Export feature provides a more efficient way to document your classification logic, moving away from manual spreadsheet tracking to a system of secure, audit-ready reports. Using One-Click Documentation , you can select multiple entries from the Policies page to instantly generate an export of the entire policy structure, including all associated tags and the specific condition logic used in patterns. To ensure these records are easy to manage and professional, the system creates a compressed .zip archive containing individual PDFs for each selected policy, which helps keep documentation organized for audits involving different teams. These documents are designed with Document Integrity Protection , meaning all exported PDFs are secured against Copying , Editing , Printing , and Rearranging. Every report serves as an official compliance record through Official Certification , which automatically adds a Watermark and a copyright notice to each page. Note that the logic for a Built-in policy is not included in these exports.
