Release 6.0.1 provides the following enhancements:
  • Streamlined Policy, Pattern, and Tag Management
    Arctera Classification now provides a more streamlined experience for managing policies, patterns, and tags. The updated interface makes commonly used operations easier to access and provides improved options for navigating, finding, and managing items.
    Key improvements include:
    • Quick Actions: It is a new page that provides direct access to commonly used operations for policies, patterns, and tags. From the left navigation pane on the home screen, select Quick Actions to perform tasks such as creating, editing, copying, viewing, exporting, testing, enabling, disabling, analyzing, and deleting items. This reduces the number of steps required to perform routine tasks.
    • Improved navigation: Easily navigate between Policies, Patterns, and Tags pages using the buttons now available at the top. For example, from the Policies page, you can directly access the Tags or Patterns pages, and similarly navigate to the other pages from Tags or Patterns.
    • Actions menu: Access available actions for policies, patterns, and tags directly from the respective pages.
    • Enhanced filtering: Use dedicated filters on the columns to narrow the item list based on criteria such as name, type, status, tags, and category.
    • Improved search: Search provides a faster way to locate policies, patterns, and tags by name or relevant content.
  • Classification Batch Processing Enhancement
    Classification batch mode now supports Azure Service Bus queues as part of the latest architectural enhancements.
  • Security Fixes
    • Key security improvements across the application, including enhancements to input validation and API security.
    • Upgraded third-party components to remediate known security vulnerabilities.
