Note: To process the attachments, add the full path to the attachment in the CSV/TXT document. To prevent files with similar names, we recommend creating attachments with folder structure to avoid clash of files with similar names shared on different days and in different conversations. Note: To process the files properly, the files, that are going to be processed, and zipped attachments must have the same name.
