ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot Integration

Arctera Insight Surveillance supports ChatGPT and Microsoft Copilot as content sources. When enabled by the administrator, both user prompts and AI-generated responses from these assistants are displayed as individual messages and become available for search, sampling, and review.
Note: By default, this feature is not available for all the users. Administrator must add it as a service underManage>Content Sources.

The key highlights of this feature are as follows:
  • You can filter review items using the Type facet > Copilot or ChatGPT.
  • ChatGPT and Copilot message types are available for Collaboration types only.
  • A tooltip on each message identifies the Message Type (e.g., Copilot, ChatGPT).
  • You can export these messages using the Department > Export > New Export option.
