Accessing the new Arctera Personal Archive portal

Before you can access your archived messages, you must sign in to Arctera Personal Archive using your Arctera Unified Platform credentials.
To access Arctera Personal Archive, open your Arctera Personal Archive URL in a supported browser. For information about supported browsers, see Arctera Unified Platform Compatibility List.
The Arctera Personal Archive application has been available on a new domain since the April 2026 release. If you use the previous-domain URL to access the application, a redirection page appears and automatically redirects you to the current Arctera Personal Archive URL.

If the automatic redirection does not occur, click the link provided on the redirection page to continue to Arctera Personal Archive.
Do not bookmark the URL accessed through the click here link. Instead, bookmark the new Arctera Personal Archive URL displayed on the redirection page to avoid future access issues.
