Printing archived emails
You can print an archived email unless your administrator disables the Print action. You can print only one email at a time. If you select multiple emails and then select Print this message for a specific email, only that email is printed.
To print an archived email:

On the email grid, hover over the archived email.

Select the More options icon (kebab icon), and then select Print this message.
