Saving emails
You can save an email to your local computer only when the corresponding action is enabled by your administrator. If the action is disabled, the Save this message option remains inaccessible.
To save an email:

On the Search result pane, search for and select the email.

Hover over the email, click the More options icon (kebab icon), and then select Save this message.The email is downloaded to the default Downloads folder, or you can choose a different location to save it.
