Creating an InsightBook from a search
After performing an Advanced Search or Query Search, or opening a saved search, you can create a new InsightBook from the emails in the search results.
To create an InsightBook from a search result:

On the Search result pane, click Create InsightBook.

In the dialog box, enter a unique name and description for the InsightBook.

Click Configure InsightAI to select the content sources from the search results that you want to include in the InsightBook.The InsightAI Configuration dialog box appears and displays the following options:

Emails: Selected by default to include emails in the InsightBook. Clear this option to exclude emails.

Include Attachments: Not selected by default. Select this option to include email attachments in the InsightBook.

Collab: Selected by default to include collaboration messages in the InsightBook. Clear this option to exclude collaboration messages.

Click Save.

Verify that the newly created InsightBook appears on the dashboard.
