Sending archived email to InsightBook

You can send an archived email to an InsightBook to include it in a curated collection for contextual analysis. The Send to InsightBook option is available only when Personal Archive InsightBooks option is enabled for the application and configured for your account.
Within the InsightBook, you can analyze the email with related communications, use AI-powered queries, summarize key topics, extract action items, and review trends.
To send archived email to InsightBook:
  1. On the email grid, select the archived email. Only one email ayt a time can be moved to InsightBook.
  2. Hover over the email row to display the available actions.
  3. Select the More actions icon (kebab icon), and then select Send to InsightBook.
  4. From the list, select the required InsightBook.
    The archived email is sent to the selected InsightBook.
