The source file group should contain an MP3 file and an XML file with the same GUID as a file name.

When configuring the SFTP source, the Download subdirectory recursively option should be enabled as the expected file group (an MP3 file and an XML file) is nested with NTR-X structure.

When processing ZIP files, make sure that the file names in the file group do not exceed the Windows file name length limit. ZIP files with file names that are too long may not be processed.

The same source must be selected in both places. Select the Format Type in the Add Importer dialog when you add the collector, and then select the matching Source Type on the Source tab: IPC with IPC, and Teams Audio and Video with Microsoft Teams. If the two do not match, the collector does not collect the data correctly.

Each import folder must contain files of a single Source Type only. IPC and Microsoft Teams exports share the same XML schema, so files that do not match the configured Source Type are still processed, but the resulting messages contain incorrect participant information. Reconciliation does not detect this, as each interaction file still produces one message and the counts match.
