Primary users and navigation access
The Arctera Management Console is accessed by two types of primary users, each with a designated scope and corresponding set of navigation options. These users are organized into two categories:

Super Administrator — operates at the data center level with permissions across the entire Arctera Unified Platform.

System Administrator — operates within a designated scope (customer, partner, distributor, or reseller) as provisioned by the Super Administrator.
The left navigation menu in the Arctera Management Console varies based on the user type and the privileges assigned, displaying only the sections relevant to their designated scope.
