Enabling the Google Workspace Collection Service for a user account

A customer user accounts can view the Google Workspace collector only if the Google Workspace Service is enabled for them in the Arctera Management Console. Therefore, as a super administrator, you must enable the Google Workspace Collection secondary service for the required customer account.
To enable the Google Workspace Collection Service
  1. Log in as a super administrator in Arctera Management Console.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click Customer Service, and select the** Company Details** tab.
  3. Under the Admin Account Details section, in theSecondary Services, select** Google Workspace Collection**.
  4. Click Save.
Upon enabling this service, the administrator from the customer's side can view the Google Collection card in Archive Collectors.
