Registering new API apps

As an administrator, you can register API apps and assign permissions that define the API operations these apps can perform.
To register a new API app:
  1. In the left navigation pane, select App registrations.
    The App registrations page appears.
  2. Click Register App.
    The Register App dialog box appears.
  3. In the App Name field, enter a unique name for the API app.
  4. Under Permissions, select the required permissions for the API app.
    The available permissions are:
    Permission Description
    Manage Certificates Allows the API app to upload certificates through API.
    View Certificates Allows the API app to read certificate status through API.
  5. Click Register.
    The API app is registered and appears in the list of registered apps on the App registrations page.
