Configuring an Import collector
You must have a Customer Administrator role to configure an Import collector.
To configure an Import collector

In the left navigation pane, select Archive Collectors.
The Archive Collector page appears.
Note: TheArchive Collectorsnode appears in the left navigation pane, only when either of the following secondary services is selected:

When the Using Microsoft Exchange Online check box is selected on theUser Management page.

When the Bloomberg Archiving check box is selected on theCustomer Details section of theCustomer Service tab.

Click Add collector to view available collector cards.
Alternatively, in the Select Type drop-down, selectFile Sharing. The corresponding collector cards are displayed.

Select the Import card and clickConfigure.

On the Add Importer tab, specify the following:
Name Provide a unique name for this file import collector. Description Provide appropriate description to easily identify the file import collector. -
Click Save.
The File Import archive collector appears on theArchive collectors page.
Note: If theFile Importarchive collector is no more required, select this collector on theArchive Collectorspage. Click the kebab icon (three vertical dots) on the archive collector card, and clickDelete. The application prompts you to confirm that you want to perform the operation. ClickYes.
