Date format support in Arctera Surveillance

The default date format for the Arctera Surveillance application is DD/MM/YYYY, which is also supported in Arctera Management Console and Arctera eDiscovery. However, as an administrator, you can opt for any of the available supported date formats based on your organizational needs or regional preferences.

If the tenant/customer modifies the date format in the Arctera Management Console, the change will be reflected in Arctera Surveillance after the database synchronization between the Arctera Management Console and the Arctera Surveillance servers is completed successfully. This job runs every 15 minutes.

When any user logs in to the Arctera Surveillance application, a user can see the date in the format specified by the tenant/customer.
