Setting up one-time schedules

You can set up a new one-time search or report schedule to run just one time. This is different from a recurring schedule.
Note: You must have theManage Schedulespermission to set up new schedules. By default, users that have theApp Rule Adminrole have this permission. Before you set time for a schedule, ensure that scheduled runs do not occur at the same time as system backups.
To set up a new one-time schedule
  1. In the left navigation pane, click Configuration.
  2. Click Schedules.
  3. Click New Schedule.
The New Schedule dialog box appears.
  1. In the Name andDescription fields, type a unique name and an optional description for the schedule respectively.
    Note: The schedule name can contain up to 100 characters. The description can contain up to 250 characters.
  2. Select the Enabled check box so that the schedule is available for selection when you define the criteria for a new schedule.
  3. Select Schedule For>Search to create a new search schedule.
Select Schedule For>Report to create a report schedule that can be used for scheduled runs in the Enhanced Reporting tab.
  1. Select a schedule type option as Once.
  2. Under the Single Run section, set the required date and time to execute the search.
  3. Click Save.
