Introduction
The Alerts framework provides a centralized way to view and manage alert events in Arctera Surveillance. These alerts help administrators and supervisors track failures. Currently, Arctera Surveillance supports alerts for failed searches only.
Alerts are tenant-specific, meaning:

Alerts can be enabled or disabled per tenant.

Only tenants with alerts enabled can generate and view alert events.
Permissions

Only users with appropriate administrative permissions (such as Admin or Supervisor roles) can configure alerts.

Other users can view alerts based on their access level.Note: Alerts are generated only for configured alert categories.
